Shipping Policy
Showcase Lab creates plexiglass display cases for collectors, paying particular attention to material quality, craftsmanship, and product protection during shipping.
Each order is handled with care, from production to delivery, with dedicated assistance before and after purchase.
Fast and trackable shipping
Display cases are shipped via trackable express courier, usually GLS, SDA, or other express couriers selected based on the destination area and the logistical needs of the order.
From the moment the shipment is handed over to the courier, it is managed with express service. Estimated delivery times are generally 48/72 working hours within Italy, barring unforeseen events beyond Showcase Lab’s control, such as courier delays, holidays, peak logistics periods, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or delivery address issues.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code allowing them to monitor the shipment's progress independently until delivery.
Tracking may take a few hours before becoming active in the courier's system.
Production times
Each Showcase Lab display case is handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipping.
Production times generally range from 5 to 10 working days, depending on model availability, the type of product ordered, and any customizations.
The delivery times indicated by the courier start from the moment the order is actually shipped, not from the time the order is placed.
In the case of customized products, made-to-measure display cases, or special processing, times may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Italy is always free.
For orders shipped to Germany, the shipping cost is always €14.90. Delivery time: 3/4 working days.
For all other countries, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the conditions applicable to the order.
The shipping cost, where applicable, will always be visible to the customer before order confirmation and payment.
Customizations on request
Showcase Lab offers the possibility to create custom or made-to-measure display cases, based on the customer's needs.
It is possible to request, where applicable:

custom dimensions;

engravings;
-
logos;
-
customized plates;
-
custom graphics;
-
dedicated backgrounds;
-
specific modifications compared to standard models.
Customizations allow each display case to be unique and suitable for the product to be exhibited.
Custom or personalized products are made specifically for the customer and may require different processing times compared to standard models.
Protective films on plexiglass
Plexiglass panels are supplied with protective films to preserve the material during processing, transport, and assembly.
DO NOT REMOVE THE FILMS IN CASE OF RETURN.
In addition to the external white film, the plexiglass may also have a matte transparent film on the opposite side.
Both films must be removed before the final assembly of the display case.
Failure to remove the matte transparent film may make the plexiglass appear less clear or cloudy, but this is not a material defect.
Order Delivery
The customer is advised to carefully verify the shipping details entered at the time of order.
Showcase Lab is not responsible for any delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete addresses, absence of the recipient, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
At the time of delivery, we recommend always checking the condition of the package.
If the packaging appears visibly damaged, opened, crushed, or tampered with, the customer is advised to accept the delivery with specific reservation, reporting the issue to the courier.
In case of obvious damage to the package or product, the customer must promptly contact our customer service, attaching:

photo of the external packaging;

photo of the internal packaging;

photo of the received product;

order number;

brief description of the problem.
Post-sale Support
Once the display case is received, Showcase Lab remains fully available to the customer for any needs related to the purchased product.
Our post-sale support can assist customers in case of:

replacements;

transport damage;

clarifications about the received product;

information about protective films;
-
general support after delivery.
