Partial Payment (Cash on Delivery)

How Partial Payment Works (Cash on Delivery with Immediate Deposit)

To offer greater flexibility to our customers, we provide cash on delivery payment with mandatory immediate deposit.

This method involves paying a portion of the amount in advance (usually 20%) and the balance in cash upon delivery.

Payment Structure

  • Advance Payment (Online)
    At the time of order, a deposit equal to 20% of the total product value is required.
    Payment must be made using one of the following methods:

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • PayPal

    • Klarna

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    The remaining 80% of the amount must be paid in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Confirmation

  • The order is considered confirmed only after the correct payment of the 20% deposit.

  • Once the advance payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the purchase summary.

Order Delivery

  • The balance payment must be made exclusively in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • The customer is required to collect the package upon delivery according to the agreed terms.

Refusal, Non-Delivery, and Failure to Collect

In case of:

  • package refusal,

  • failure to collect,

  • recipient unavailable,

  • incorrect or incomplete address,

  • uncollected storage,

  • change of mind or reconsideration,

the amount paid in advance (20%) will NEVER be refunded, for any reason.

The deposit is intended as a contribution to management, order preparation, packaging, and shipping costs, and is fully retained in case of delivery not completed due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • 20% Deposit:
    ❌ Non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Balance on delivery:
    Since it has not yet been paid, it will obviously not be due in case of cancellation before delivery or before shipment.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotions, and special offers applied on the site are also valid for orders paid by cash on delivery with deposit, if the product allows it.

Acceptance of the Policy

By choosing the option “Cash on Delivery with Deposit (20% Advance + Balance on Delivery)”, the customer declares to:

  • have carefully read this policy,

  • have understood its content,

  • fully accept the terms and conditions described here.

Please note that the payment method “Cash on Delivery with Immediate Deposit” may not be available for some products, especially for customized or made-to-measure items, such as “Create your custom display case” or equivalent products.
