In the event of a manufacturing defect, Showcase Lab® will replace the product at no additional cost.

Showcase Lab® will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or are missing the protective film applied to the plexiglass.

Each display case is handcrafted. Production times range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on model availability and any requested customizations.

Each plexiglass panel is delivered with a protective film on both sides.

In addition to the outer white film, a transparent matte film may be present on the opposite side and must be completely removed before assembly.

6️⃣ After-sales support

Once you receive the display case, we will remain fully available for any needs related to assembly, possible replacements, or damage caused during transport.

7️⃣ Selected materials

Showcase Lab uses exclusively Top Quality methacrylate plexiglass.

We do not use PVC, polycarbonate, or inexpensive construction materials, which are unsuitable for creating a high-end collectible product.
